Campden Music: Music from the Italian States

October 8 | 7:00 pm 9:00 pm

Concerti for strings by Brescianello, Durante, Gnocchi, and Vivaldi.

We travel the length and breadth of Italy highlighting the superb quality of music to be found in musical centres both great and small.

Recognised for “whipping up a storm with Vivaldi”, La Serenissima is “one of Britain’s best-loved chamber orchestras” (The Telegraph) known for championing a host of neglected Italian Baroque composers and outstanding performances.

The group plays to a global audience of millions, with 1.3m monthly listeners on Spotify alone and regularly features on international radio, advertising and film.

Campden Music is a subscription series where you can enjoy six concerts over the season for £70.

Thanks to Continuo Foundation for supporting this concert.
